Your Responsibilities

Are you a structured and meticulous accountant who enjoys a broad role? We are looking for a self-driven financial manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to the company's finances and administration.

As a financial manager, you will be responsible for the company's financial function and work both operationally and strategically. Your main responsibilities include:

Finance:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and financial follow-up.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable, including dialogue with collections.
• Receipt registration and final approval of supplier invoices.
• Bank payments and reporting in the business system.
• Reporting to authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Tax declarations and payments to the Tax Agency.
• Generating statistics for reporting to authorities and other stakeholders.
• Management of corporate cards for salespeople and shared corporate cards.
• Other financial and administrative tasks as needed.

In addition to the overall financial responsibility, you will also handle some personnel administration, such as establishing and managing vacation plans, ensuring that documents such as forms and employee handbooks are current and updated. If you lack experience in HR, you will have the opportunity to train in this area. Additionally, tasks such as insurance matters and responsibility for updating templates and forms related to finance and administration may occur.

The role requires you to be self-driven, but you will not be completely on your own – there is support within the S-bolagen group for larger financial issues.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in finance and administration, preferably in a similar role. Perhaps you have worked at a smaller company where you had a broad role in finance and administration. You are someone who can work independently, is meticulous, structured, and takes responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and correctly. Furthermore, you are communicative and have a good ability to collaborate both internally and externally.
